Chrissandra Snider, LMT
Chrissandra graduated from Cortiva Institute in 2012. She fell in love with the art of bodywork while in school and knew in her heart that massage therapy was part of her calling. Chrissandra enjoys integrating a neuromuscular approach while specializing in deep tissue, trigger point therapy, injury treatment and good old fashioned Swedish massage. Whether its decreasing back or neck pain, increasing range of motion or improving posture, Chrissandra aims to improve muscle coordination and increase energy flow systemically to the body, one treatment at a time.
Chrissandra is passionate about massage and believes it is important to educate her clients on how salient bodywork is and all the major benefits it supplies. Through her eyes massage is not a luxury, it's a necessity.
Chrissandra is also a certified Usui Reiki Ryoho practitioner, she is attuned at Reiki III and has been practicing Reiki since 2010. Chrissandra is a strong believer in Reiki and energy work in general and fell in love with it after Reiki gave her body and soul the healing that it needed.
